REASONABLE COSTS

IT IS MY PRACTICE TO ENSURE THAT THE ABOVE ARE ABIDED TO.

Listening to and understanding client concerns.

Providing the client with sound, objective legal advice.

Supporting and assisting the client with their legal process.

Helping clients make their own informed decisions.

Ensuring client is aware of various options available and potential risks.

Working towards a legally binding agreement that is acceptable to both parties, addresses client concerns, and meets the needs of any children involved.

Recognizing that family law is complex and referring to other professionals where appropriate (eg: accountants, appraisers, financial planners, mediators, counsellors).
